I help teams ship AI.
Skip the workshops. Skip the slide decks. I get into your codebase and make AI actually work.
Less talk, more code.
Built and ran engineering orgs (112+ people at peak). Now I'm Head of Applied AI. I don't advise from PowerPoints—I ship.
Services
What I actually do.
AI on-hands
Context Engineering, budget strategy, tooling selection. Managing AI across complex codebases (MVPs to 200k+ LOC production repos). Tailoring AI Agents to your specific rules and domain.
- Context Engineering
- Budget & Tool Strategy
- Multi-repo AI Integration
- Custom AI Agents
Technical strategy
Strategic consulting for scaling engineering organizations. How to grow from startup to scale-up without breaking the culture or the code.
- Team Scaling (7 to 150+)
- Architecture Reviews
- Process Optimization
- Culture Preservation
Mentoring
1:1 for Engineering Leaders and CTOs. You talk, I listen, I tell you what I'd do. No frameworks, no methodology nonsense.
- 1:1 Leadership Coaching
- CTO Advisory
- Career Development
- Decision Frameworks
How it works
I'm not here to grind through your ticket backlog. My goal is to transfer knowledge to you—so you don't need me forever.
Free discovery call
1-2 hours. Free. Prague meetup works too. We figure out if I can actually help you. Goals, scope, opportunities. The more you prepare upfront, the more we can uncover. I'll need: tech stack, team size, org structure, what you want to achieve (abstract is fine—I'll help shape it).
Agree on first cooperation
Could be half a man-day to extract my knowledge. Could be something bigger. Flexible—from a quick brain dump to long-term cooperation.
Handle the paperwork
NDA, accesses, contracts. Get it done upfront so we don't waste time later.
Do the work
We ship together. You see results.
Review & iterate
We evaluate what worked. Give each other feedback. Then iterate.
Open to flexible arrangements depending on value and outcome. You can stop anytime—you pay for what's done, that's it.
Best starting point: One man-day to extract as much value as possible. Do the work. See what it brings. Then decide on next steps.
About
10+ years building engineering teams. Started small, scaled to 112+ engineers. Made a lot of mistakes. Learned from most of them.
Now I'm Head of Applied AI. I spend my days making AI do useful things in actual codebases—not writing blog posts about prompt engineering.
