1-2 hours. Free. Prague meetup works too. We figure out if I can actually help you. Goals, scope, opportunities. The more you prepare upfront, the more we can uncover. I'll need: tech stack, team size, org structure, what you want to achieve (abstract is fine—I'll help shape it).

10+ years building engineering teams. Started small, scaled to 112+ engineers. Made a lot of mistakes. Learned from most of them.

Now I'm Head of Applied AI. I spend my days making AI do useful things in actual codebases—not writing blog posts about prompt engineering.
